Being Happier Episode 164 my guest is Peggy O’Neal she is a coach who assists teams and people to be happier in the present moment at work and at home.
Peggy has a secret sauce or formula that will help you become happier in your life. Answering the call to peace, love and happiness.
Peggy has been coaching lawyers and leaders in multi-national organizations throughout the world for more than 30 years after practicing law for 12, is a Certified Integral Master Coach, and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas.
She is the author of two chapters in the Handbook of Personal and Organizational Transformation, the first book on cutting-edge theory and practice on small- and large-scale transformation. She was an Assistant Attorney General and Arkansas State Purchasing Director for Bill Clinton when he was Attorney General and Governor, respectively, and served in President Clinton’s administration in the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
In 2007 Peggy closed her coaching business because she had a gnawing, inexplicable dissatisfaction; she didn’t feel “right” offering coaching services when she didn’t feel happy and fulfilled herself.
In 2017 she immersed herself in the study of wisdom traditions and nondual teachings as well as the scientific studies that align with those understandings. Embodying the wisdom that we actually are not separate, but one indivisible awareness, resolved her dilemma; she learned who she truly is and does her best to live aligned with that knowing.
