Isabelle Wettergren is the proud mother of two emerging adults and resides in Alameda, California. She is fluent in French. She holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from

l’Université de Montréal and a Master’s in Health & Wellness Psychology.

During her 20 years as a public school educator, Isabelle taught physical education at all K-12th levels. She also led several wellness initiatives for students and staff. She was recognized on the 2016 Kaiser Permanente Thriving Schools Honor Roll for her collaborative work toward the development of

The San Leandro Unified School District Employee Wellness Program.

Isabelle recently founded;

Teachers’ Wellness Coaching & Consulting,

an organization dedicated to the health and wellbeing of school employees. She offers professional development on well-being-related topics, one-on-one and small group coaching, as well as consulting services for organizational wellness.

Her educational and professional backgrounds prepared her well for becoming a successful Wellness Professional. However, it is through her personal journey from addiction to vibrant recovery that Isabelle developed the most valuable life skills. Her interactive workshops are always filled with compassion, gratitude, love, and hope.

In addition to her work with school organizations, Isabelle works tirelessly at breaking the stigma and stereotypes associated with mental health and addiction in the workplace. A common condition affecting the lives of more than 23 million Americans. She skillfully facilitates safe conversations with various organizations on the topic of healthy coping and addiction.

She is also an instructor for Addiction Awareness Facilitator Certification training with the Net Institute Center for Addiction & Recovery Education. She teaches participants how to deliver an addiction awareness lunch & learn in the workplace.

This super interactive workshop is designed for anyone interested in reflecting, sharing, and celebrating the lessons they have learned after 18 months of the pandemic. No matter the size of the group, every participant will be given opportunities to share their experience and celebrate collective successes and wisdom.
