WOW! I loved this! I don’t know if I told you this but one of the main reasons I am so impassioned with breath is that, for me, it really is all about peace. Peace inside to outside. As a certified Shift Peace Ambassador through a program with James O’Dea and some of the greatest peacemakers around the world. A goal I have had is to implement a “Peace Ambassador program for grade schoolers – perhaps mainly 4th graders. I did a pilot in the Middle East and the kids just loved, loved, loved it! They came away really feeling empowered to help bring about peace!
