Timi Gleason Esp #187
Timi Gleason Esp #187 She believes was all are leaving a legacy, the real question is do you know what you are creating. Timi has dedicated her time and expertise to help others for 20 years. She will uncover your unique identity and help you to fulfill your destiny. Timi is a visionary who believes in the inherent purpose and predictability of every individual’s life journey, with a deep conviction that each person possesses a natural personal brand and a distinct life path. https://youtu.be/AmaG_SiQukw?si=CbqoEt2bIFrJeYTY Throughout Timi’s own journey, the quest for direction and structure has been a constant theme. From career decisions to cultivating meaningful relationships and opportunities, Timi has always sought clarity and purpose in every aspect of her life. Despite skepticism from mentors who dismissed the idea of a personalized life map. Timi’s personal expedition, the pursuit of guidance and organization has been an enduring motif. Whether it is making professional choices or fostering significant connections and prospects, Timi has consistently strived for lucidity and intent in all spheres of her existence. Despite encountering doubt from mentors who disregarded the concept of an individualized life blueprint, Timi persevered in her conviction that such a structure not only existed but could also be disseminated. She was steadfast in the belief that such a framework existed and could be shared. Drawing upon her extensive background in strategic planning, systems thinking, and personal branding, Timi combines various assessments, including Gallup’s Clifton Strengths, the How to Fascinate test, and the Enneagram, to help individuals gain insight into their strengths and potential social currency. It was through the integration of these assessments and the addition of Pythagorean numerology that Timi’s elusive concept for a roadmap began to emerge. Timi’s transformative realization that a map did indeed exist came through pivotal events, including interactions with reader feedback from her written contributions on Quora.com, a pivotal confrontation with Conversational Intelligence guru and mentor Judith Glaser, and five years of intense coaching and debriefing of business assessments. These experiences illuminated the interconnectedness between Timi’s business acumen, the synergistic insights between the assessment and her intuitive numerology talents, further reinforcing her belief in the existence of a formula for crafting a universal life maps formula. Timi Gleason Esp #187 was referred to me by another podcaster Julie Deem who is a Founder of The Business Podcast Editor. How’s your Dignity Esp 182
How’s your Dignity Esp 182 in an overall feeling about the world and what’s happening. Dignity is crucial for fostering mutual respect, understanding and compassion. Yes, I would say we need more dignity today. In our rapidly changing and often polarized world, the concept of dignity is crucial for fostering mutual respect, understanding, and compassion. Here are some reasons why: Social Justice: Issues like racism, sexism, and other forms of discrimination highlight the need for a greater emphasis on dignity. Ensuring everyone is treated with respect and fairness is essential for a just society. Human Rights: Many human rights violations occur when the dignity of individuals or groups is not recognized or respected. Upholding dignity is key to protecting fundamental human rights. Mental Health: Respecting the dignity of individuals contributes to better mental health outcomes. People who feel valued and respected are more likely to have higher self-esteem and better overall well-being. Conflict Resolution: In many conflicts, whether personal, social, or international, a lack of respect for the dignity of others is a root cause. Promoting dignity can help in resolving conflicts and building peace. Diverse Societies: As societies become more diverse, recognizing and respecting the dignity of all individuals, regardless of their background, is vital for social cohesion and harmony. Workplace Environment: In the workplace, treating employees with dignity leads to a more positive and productive environment. It fosters respect, collaboration, and loyalty. Global Challenges: Addressing global challenges such as poverty, inequality, and climate change requires a commitment to dignity. Solutions should consider the impact on the most vulnerable and ensure that everyone’s rights and needs are respected. Increasing the emphasis on dignity in our interactions, institutions, and policies can lead to a more compassionate, equitable, and humane world.
